In 2022 Reliable launched our line of Reliable Grooved Couplings and Fittings. Stamped on each Grooved part is RASCO, the abbreviation of our company, Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co. Just like our sprinklers and valves. The development of this product spanned several years. A close and vetted partnership and our initial offering will take care of the needs of any typical job site. We will continue to stock each of our distribution centers based on your needs and provide you with what you want where you want it.
When developing the marketing, we thought about how our Reliable Grooved is different. Let’s face it: the majority of couplings are similar. But Reliable is different. By building relationships, designing, manufacturing, and shipping quality products, we are different. We care about you, your business, and the integrity of our products.

A CUSTOMER’S IMPRESSION
For over one hundred years the Fee family has driven the business where relationship matters. The marketing team went to visit Dickerson Automatic Fire Protection in Waco, Texas to talk about our new line. The message of trusting Reliable for quality products and good support was clear. Zach Dickerson is a third-generation sprinkler contractor. His Grandpa started the business with Zach’s dad, a friend, and a couple of cousins who worked as fitters. Today Zach feels comfortable with Reliable because Dickerson’s values align with Reliable. And that is a customer focus, quality work, and a mindset that our customer wins.
When asked about Reliable, Zach gave us his impression, “Reliable is a family-owned company. They have a really good service team, a really great outside sales guy, and an inside sales rep. They make it really easy to get a quote back and turn the quote into an order when we need it.” Reliable cares about both independent family customers and big ones alike. Even though we have grown in 102 years, we still have values of a family business.
