The American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA) is making a new effort to attract the next generation of fire protection professionals. This year’s convention, AFSA in Phoenix: Rise to Excellence, will feature several networking opportunities for the Next Generation group. Sunday, October 11 at 8:00 a.m. with the seminar “Real Talk: Navigating the Generation Gap,” where a panel comprised of the past, present, and future will discuss creating a successful path for the future of your company.
This seminar is being held at the Isle of Capri area of the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. That morning there are several seminars focusing on communicating, working with, and training the future of our industry.
Later that evening at 5:30 p.m. anyone 40 and under who is interested in being a member of the Next Generation group is welcome to attend the Next Generation reception also being held at the Isle of Capri area of the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. This reception follows a very successful gathering in Orlando that kicked off the inception of the Next Generation group. Come out and meet your peers that are the future leaders of AFSA and of our industry.
